South Coast pirates gaffer Kevin Amiani Pirates has dedicated yesterday’s 30-15 win against Daystar Falcons RFC to clubs faithful.

Pirates clinched a resounding victory against Daystar, securing their entry into the prestigious Kenya Cup league for the first time in history at the Seacrest international school Grounds in a KRU championship semi finals.

This monumental achievement not only marks a significant milestone for the Pirates but also etches their name in the annals of Kwale County’s rugby history as the first team to ascend to the top tier league.

Speaking to the press after the aftermath of historic victory, Amiani wasted no time in expressing his gratitude to our ardent supporters, hailing them as the driving force behind their success, emphasizing the pivotal role they played in propelling the team to new heights.

“Our fans have been our 16th player, we owe them this victory,they even put us under some pressure that if we don’t win this we should not walk on the streets of Diani(laughs)” he concluded.

South Coast pirates will now face Impala rfc in the KRU championship finals in a fortnight.
